Delivery Options

Casa Lumena offers shipping throughout Mexico and international shipping upon request. You can also choose direct pickup at our facilities.

• National Shipping: Delivery to any point in Mexico, quoted based on destination, volume, and weight.
• International Shipping: Export packaging, documentation, and door-to-door logistics. Prior quote required.
• Direct pickup at our facilities.

Shipping Costs

Packing, crating, and transport costs are quoted separately based on destination and volume. National shipments are quoted at checkout; international shipments require a prior quote.

Schedule

Shipments are scheduled once the order has been paid in full. Casa Lumena prepares and coordinates shipping within approximately 48 business hours after confirmation.

Delivery Responsibility

The customer must provide the correct delivery address and contact details. Casa Lumena is not responsible for delays or incidents attributable to the carrier or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Receipt of Goods

Upon receiving the order, verify that packaging and products are in good condition. Any anomaly must be reported within the first 24 hours after delivery.

Transport Insurance

Transport insurance is optional. Request coverage information and costs before confirming your shipment.
